ACCREDITATION PROCESS
MEDIA ACCREDITATION RULES & GUIDELINES
TicketPlus Deutschland welcomes media representatives to cover our events. To ensure smooth coordination, we have set the following accreditation rules and guidelines.
ACCREDITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accreditation is open to all media outlets, but the number of accreditations per outlet is limited.

The deadline for submitting accreditation requests is 10 days before the event. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.

All accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email with further details.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Media outlets must have published at least three pre-event announcements to qualify for accreditation.

Television stations can request up to 3 accreditations.

Radio stations, print, and online media can request up to 2 accreditations.

Accreditations are issued to individuals (full name) and cannot be transferred to another person.

If a journalist cannot attend, their accreditation may be reassigned upon submission of an official letter from the media company (with an official stamp and the signature of an editor or director). The letter must include the details of both the original and replacement journalist.

Accredited journalists will receive their passes upon arrival at the event and must wear them at all times.
